Our everyday routine brings a lot of definition to our lives. In this chaotic world, our few steps to the daily routine can give us the sanity we desire.

Listed few essentials to delightful life:

Meditate your way to sanity

Meditation introduces you to the inner self. This is the art of mindfulness. One who gets there will feel more energetic, relaxed and focused. Trust me, I have felt it.

You don’t need to sit for hours for this. As per your convenience, you can spare from 5 mins to 60 mins to this must-do routine.
You wanna know how simple it is?

Just breathe!

That’s right focus on you breathe for a few seconds and voila! You are done.

Do it every day and you will thank me.😉

Talk to your loved ones

Way back when I used to work in a different city, far away from home I used to experience void sometimes… some kind of sorrow which I couldn’t figure out.

Somehow I felt the need to talk to people who have the best interest in me to bring back positivity which was nowhere to be found. And it worked.

No matter what don’t forget your roots… be in touch with them and feel the warmth and love.

Where there is love, there is life.

Lots of water

Most of the people you find glowing even in there 70’s are the people who have a good intake of water in their daily lives.

Why is it so important?

Well, first and foremost, it promotes weight loss.

  • Boost immunity
  • Improve complexity
  • Removes toxins from the body
  • It requires to process all the nutrients from the food we eat and carry to cells by the lymphatic system.

Water should take 30 minutes before your meals and at tea time. Also, immediately after you wake up and going to bed.

Do try drinking warm water in the morning with a dash of lime and a spoonful of honey. It’s very effective.

Daily 3 liters of water is a must.

Hobby time

Treat yourself with things you love to do. Be it cooking, dancing, playing outdoors etc.

Do things which boosts you, things you are passionate about.

Daily take out time for this one. It works wonders.

If you are not doing what you love, you are wasting your time.

Eat right

Eating habit regulates your emotions. Include a healthy diet for healthy living.

Include milk, fruits, dry fruits, lentils, salad, green veggies, sprouts to your meal.

Btw the 5-time meal plan is a great way to help loose few kgs following with regular yoga and exercise.
